Important Notes
1.Up to 1920×1080@60Hz (NOT 4K).
2.DisplayPort to HDMI is NOT bi-directional. It only connects to a display with HDMI.
3.Audio: System Preferences → Sound → Output. Change the audio output from your laptop to TV or other devices.
4.Depress the latch on the DisplayPort connector to avoid damage when unplugging.
5.DisplayPort is different than USB, please check the port on your computer.
